الوصف الوظيفي
Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages the junior staff in the department.
in the performance of their clinical duties
in the ward and outpatient departments
in specific vocational staining programs
Initiates evaluation arid treatment of patients, modifies evaluation and treatment of” patients begun by junior staff in furtherance of the highest quality of care.
Participates in the management of the department and the training of developments. Take on-call duty in accordance with the departmental schedule.
When the highest professional is regarded as sufficient may act up in consultant capacity when required.
Participates in
Maintain confidentiality ai all times
Support the quality assurance activities of the team and actively contribute to the identification of needed improvements in current service provision and strategies for introducing these.
Participates in the Environmental Safety Awareness, i.e. APR, Fire and Safety, Infection Control and major disaster plan of the hospital as indicated.
Ensures continuous quality improvement and patient safety with full compliance to Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation Stan‹lards.
Participates and contributes to Continuous Quality Improvement and Patient Safety, System Improvement, System Control, StaffDevelopment and Fire and Saf8ty practices.
Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities within the hospital and/or affiliated medical.
