HSE Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
• Assists in the development and implementation of the Jacobs Project HSE Plan.

• Monitor the construction activities against the requirements of the project’s HSE plan.

• Provides HSE expertise and ensures project compliance with Jacobs HSE requirements.

• Support project team to HSE oversight of contractors’ e.g. review safety requirements in the Method Statements and oversight the implementation during construction.

• Coordinate with construction team on all activities undertaken by Contractor concerning safety

• Conducts audits and monitors the safety performance of both Jacobs’ team and Contractor

• Coordinate safety issues with Client/PMC and other stakeholders as directed by the PM and RE

المهارات
• Bachelor’s from a recognized university and or NEBOSH Diploma with 10 years experience in HSE.

• 5 years experience in consultancy organisation is mandatory with experience in marine projects and diving activities.
