الوصف الوظيفي
1) Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify and assume liability of work performed.
2) Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
3) Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
4) Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation and dimensions of land or land features.
1) Planning and scheduling of surveying work (and other related) activities duration, manpower analysis, implementation of surveying works.
2) Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all survey related works at site.
3) Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
Ensures all executed works are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local or international standards
المهارات
1) Familiar with the civil engineering methodologies as well as the corresponding equipment, materials, consumables, tools and manpower allocations related to survey works for building projects. Well versed in interpreting and executing survey related drawings. With strong leadership skills.
2) Knowledge of AutoCAD and other applicable computer software.
3) Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
Familiarity with permitting process and requirements for private buildings and marine facilities projects.
