Key Accountabilities:
• Lead and manage a team of Project Control Engineers to ensure effective planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and validate performance reports (S-curves, dashboards, KPIs) and support executive decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Promote best practices, standardize project control processes, and drive continuous improvement through automation and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python).
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering /10 Years of experience
• Preferably holds a PMP certification and P3O certification
