We are looking for a dedicated #Senior Planning Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:
- Develop detailed project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with schedule.
- Monitor project progress, identifying any delays or risks.
- Update schedules based on real-time project data.
- Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders.
- Support project teams with resource planning and allocation.
- Ensure all schedules adhere to company standards and policies.
- Facilitate meetings to review and update project timelines.
- Analyze data to optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Adjust plans proactively to mitigate potential project delays.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably in housing projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to planning.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
