Hiring Planning Engineer

Reporting to: Operation Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, designers, contractors, and clients, to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
• Conduct thorough site visits and assessments to gather essential data for the project planning.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Create detailed project schedules, incorporating all necessary activities, milestones,and dependencies.
• Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize Project delays and cost overruns.
• Monitor project progress, track critical milestones, and promptly address any
• Deviations from the planned schedule. Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Facilitate the #procurement process by identifying required materials, equipment, and subcontractors, and ensuring their timely availability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in interior fit-out and construction planning, incorporating innovative approaches into project planning processes.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in #Architecture, #Engineering, #Construction Management, or a related field.
• Having more than 8 years of professional experience as a #Planner in a Design and
• Build /Interiorfit-outindustry in #Riyadh, #SaudiArabia.
• Strong knowledge of project #planning principles, techniques, and tools.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience in projects related to Food &Beverages;(F&B;) such as restaurants, Café and Retails advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
• Effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
