We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Agricultural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work to improve the production and efficiency of agricultural practices. This role will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to increase yields and optimize equipment, land, and resources.
Responsibilities
>Responsible for applying their knowledge of engineering technology to design agricultural structures, machinery, equipment, and processes.
>Develop and design new techniques and systems that promote efficient agricultural practices
>Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of improvement and potential risks
>Monitor and inspect agricultural processes and operations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
>Collaborate with farmers, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of projects
>Manage projects from planning to completion to ensure deadlines are met and goals are achieved
Skills
MS Office, SAP Project Systems, GIS, And Hydrology And Hydraulics Software.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in agricultural engineering or related field preferred
Knowledge of agricultural processes and systems, equipment, and technologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent project management and communication skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
