Job Requirements:
- +4 years’ experience in (Siemens) BMS systems (Installing, configuration, intergera
• Design, develop, and implement Siemens Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Create technical submittals, design documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare IO lists for BMS systems, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Select appropriate valves for HVAC and plumbing systems
• Collaborate with project team, architects, consultants, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Conduct site surveys to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals for new projects
• Conduct site inspections and commissioning of systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMS
• Experience in the design and implementation of large-scale building management systems
• Familiarity with BACnet, LonWorks, KNX, Modbus, and other relevant protocols
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and security systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required
