Follow up on tenders to coordinate and finalize with the salesman in submitting tender offers
Preparation of official letters for customers
To assist in preparation of quotations (Manual Quotations, System Quotations, Supportive Quotations).
Preparation of Gate pass, and Delivery Notes Office Support such as Binding, Faxing, scanning and printing
Arranging Hotel & Flight Bookings
Modify Orders according to customer needs based on what is informed by the salesman
Collect and follow up on Monthly sales reports.
Arranging the requirements for meetings & conferences
Responsible to organize maintain Files & Records.
Keeping track of pending invoices and their status.
Following up with operations on delivery status for the outstanding orders and urgent deliveries or zero stock
المهارات
Very good skills in MS-Office,
Acceptable skills in basic computer problem solving
Good skills in English language (Reading/Writing/Conversation)
Excellent communication skills
