The division manager for talent management is in charge of all aspects of talent management, including but not limited to talent attraction, workforce planning, internal mobility, succession planning, career development, employee training and development, performance management, retention, and culture development. He or she is also in charge of offering direction and support in order to meet HR goals.
Responsibilities:
Work together with the leadership of all functions to establish a training plan to achieve organizational goals.
Participate manpower budgeting, and workforce and department utilization strategy
Oversee the creation and implementation of career path development and manpower planning.
Offer learning and development-related data and analyses, as well as post-training performance gaps measurement, to discover continuous improvement with a focus on attaining business results.
Oversee talent initiatives (HCP cycle, including Leadership Development Programs, Succession Planning, and HiPo) to make sure they are all on track and mentor as necessary.
Create a plan for and oversee the Talent Management Cycle, which includes communication, evaluation, talent segmentation, high potential programs, replacement strategies, and succession strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferable in Human resource, Business administration or in similar field.
Minimum 8+ years of HR experience.
HR professional certificates.
