Organization Development Division Manager is responsible for designing organization strategy, budgeting, maintaining efficient structure, applying best practices, building HR infrastructure, automating processes, and providing guidance and support.
Responsibilities:
Work together with the leadership to establish the HR strategy, the budget, and the management report.
In collaboration with leadership, drive the creation and reform of HR policies, practices, authority delegation, and frameworks.
Develop a list of job positions and their corresponding rankings based on the appropriate hierarchy.
Keep the ERP system up to date and streamline procedures to improve productivity.
Develop a catalog of job titles (roles and specializations) in accordance with the nature of the business or industry, and make sure it is current with market trends.
Examine, manage, and update the grading system, job descriptions, Roles & Responsibilities, and job families.
Perform a job analysis to identify any gaps in duties and responsibilities, and then recommend several possible solutions to close those gaps in various job functions.
