Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Collaborate with team members to construct solutions for customers
Establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of NAQEL’s e Commerce & Fulfilment services
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships
Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution.

Requirements:
Must have a passion for delivering value to customers and solving customers’ challenges with solutions.
Must have a proven record of sales success and in-depth knowledge of e Commerce, Fulfillment and Logistics services
Strong interpersonal skills. Networking and relationship building. Developing referrals and successfully closing sales
Must be able to develop strong business relationships within all levels of the company and with potential and existing clients
Strong Communication skills. Effective Communication via email, phone, and face-to-face is crucial. Must have excellent verbal communication skills to convey information on the company’s solutions to clients and prospects, as well as to provide customer support as needed
Strong Time management skills. Must have a proven track record of ability to schedule daily activities, including prospecting, customer visits, and CRM updating
Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
· Must be a Team player who can work and contribute in a team-oriented environment and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications
· Technical knowledge of e Commerce & Fulfillment
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· 1-3 years’ sales experience in e Commerce & Fulfillment is preferred
