Maintenance of all company cars, Factory Fire system/ alarms, MEP etc.
Management of cars and property insurances.
Maintain machine database, maintenance contracts and warranties .(fire safety, etc)
Create daily and monthly maintenance reports
Raise Maintenance requests for approval.
Control Budgets and expenditures for Maintenance works.
Create, cleaning schedule and monitor on a daily basis.
Supervise Lunch Break procedures.
Create and monitor proper Waste Disposal procedure.
Management of safety and security of all companies vicinity such as stores, warehouses, factory, offices, gates and main gates, including CCTV cameras and security personnel’s will be under this department, any suspicious activity or events should be escalated and reported.
Management of gate pass system (outbound and inbound) for goods, equipment, tools, other assets etc.
المهارات
5+ years experience in property management and security.
Fire safety certification.
Knowledge of company procedures for car maintenance.
Experience of safe working practices, risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work systems.
Able to priorities work and meet deadlines.
Maintain accuracy when under pressure.
Strong teamwork ethic and promotion of customer service excellence.
Flexibility to work to shift patterns when required.
Languages : Arabic & English speaking and writing. Indian or Urdu is a plus.
