We are Landscaping Contracting Co., a leading company specializing in Softscape and Hardscape projects. With a strong focus on medium, large, and mega-scale endeavors, we collaborate extensively with government and similar entities to deliver outstanding results. We are currently seeking professional Engineers to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Responsibilities:
Procurement Planning: Develop procurement plans and strategies based on project requirements and company objectives.
Supplier Evaluation and Selection: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct supplier audits, negotiate contracts, and select vendors that provide quality products and services.
Purchase Order Management: Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, resolve issues, and manage supplier performance.
Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Analyze costs, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels, track inventory movements, and ensure availability of necessary materials and supplies.
Contract Management: Administer contracts, review terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, new products, and suppliers in the landscaping industry, and make recommendations for improvement.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks in the procurement process and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity of supplies.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, generate reports on purchasing metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to management.
