We are Landscaping Contracting Co., a leading company specializing in Softscape and Hardscape projects. With a strong focus on medium, large, and mega-scale endeavors, we collaborate extensively with government and similar entities to deliver outstanding results. We are currently seeking professional Engineers to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Procurement Planning: Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop procurement plans and strategies based on project requirements and timelines.
Supplier Evaluation and Selection: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery, and other relevant factors, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Purchase Order Management: Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to project budgets.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable deals while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring open communication, resolving issues, and managing supplier performance.
Material Requisition: Coordinate with project teams to understand material requirements, create material requisitions, and ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track material usage, and optimize stock levels to minimize excess inventory and maintain adequate supply.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier information.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in the procurement process.
Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Analyze costs, track expenses, and contribute to budget planning and control to achieve cost efficiency and project profitability.

Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills to interact with suppliers, project teams, and stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier capabilities, analyze pricing structures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Proficient in Procurement Software: Familiarity with procurement software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to manage procurement processes, track orders, and maintain records.
3 years experience in construction, prefer landscaping.
