We are Landscaping Contracting Co., a leading company specializing in Softscape and Hardscape projects. With a strong focus on medium, large, and mega-scale endeavors, we collaborate extensively with government and similar entities to deliver outstanding results. We are currently seeking professional Engineers to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Management: Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors and subcontractors.
Software Entry: Utilize accounting software to enter and maintain financial data related to project expenses, invoices, and payments.
Petty Cash Management: Oversee petty cash transactions, maintain proper documentation, and reconcile petty cash accounts.
Cost Control: Monitor project costs, compare actual expenses with budgeted amounts, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to evaluate project performance, profitability, and budget adherence.
Invoice Review and Submission: Review vendor invoices, ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms, and submit invoices for payment.
Subcontractor’s Payments: Manage subcontractor payment process, including verifying work completion, reviewing invoices, and processing payments.
Retention’s Management: Track and manage retention amounts held from subcontractors, ensuring proper release and documentation.
Inventory Management: Oversee project-related inventory, including tracking, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including project-specific reports, cost analysis, and cash flow projections.

Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, including accounts payable and cost control.
Financial Software Proficiency: Experience working with accounting software to manage financial data, perform data entry, and generate reports.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions, invoice review, and cost analysis.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.

Organizational Skills: Effective organization and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Financial Reporting: Proficiency in preparing and presenting financial reports, including cost analysis, budget variance, and cash flow projections.
Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with project teams, procurement, and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
