A leading Saudi building material/ engineering solution is hiring a Marketing and Business Development specialist to cover the construction market clients of both governmental and private sectors with the following responsibilities,
1- Understanding and promoting the company’s products and services as assigned.
2- Generating new leads for our company in the targeted sector.
3- Understanding client requirements and project conditions in detail.
4- Coordinating with sales departments to generate sales opportunities.
5- Develop and maintain long-term business relations with the clients, decision-makers and their top management.
6- Providing market Survey, needs, potentials, analysis, and competitors.
المهارات
Skills,
Strong Marketing and Business Development Experience in Construction Market.
Strong experience in the Riyadh construction projects market with good contractors’ knowledge and network.
Strong Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a high level of focus on potential opportunities.
Self-starter, motivated and collaborating with the backup office team.
Fluent in both Arabic and English language.
Bachelor’s degree and computer skills.
Valid & transferable iqama.
