Warehouse/Store Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Main Responsibility: Control inventory materials, spares, finished & filled perfumes goods in stores and premises of the company.

Responsibilities

1- Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations in the company.

2- Manage inventory accuracy monitoring daily material movement activities, cycle counts, stock intakes and issues and audit of inventory.

3- Ensure the control of stock and accuracy is such that loss and damage of stock is kept to a minimum.

4- Oversee the storing, stacking and loading of all stock in an appropriate and safe manner.

5- Compliance with ISO9001:2015 procedures and practices.

6- Ensure health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the property and stock.

7- Organizing and conducting necessary training activities for the staff.

المهارات
Minimum Qualifications for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred in business administration or accounts.

• Fluent English language.

• Nationality: Preferred Saudi & shall be located in Riyadh.

• Preferred to be an expert in using Odoo ERP store module.

Minimum Experience for the position:

• 5 years in retails stores & warehouses management.
