Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires
Keep track of employee paperwork and help answer any questions
Monitoring employee performance.
Support the management of disciplinary and labor issues
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Ensuring the implementation of payroll and benefits administration
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
المهارات
Bachelor Degree in HR, Business administration or any related field
2 to 4 years Experience in Same field
Saudi national
English Proficiency is a Must
Current or Previous Experience in Construction Field is a Plus
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
