Installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems: An air conditioning technician is responsible for installing new air conditioning systems, as well as performing maintenance and repairs on existing systems.

Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues: When a problem arises with an air conditioning system, the technician must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue to determine the best course of action for repairs.

Performing regular maintenance: To ensure that air conditioning systems continue to function properly, technicians perform regular maintenance, including cleaning coils and replacing filters.

Conducting safety checks: Technicians must perform safety checks on air conditioning systems to ensure they are functioning safely and not posing any risk to the occupants of the building.

Testing and adjusting air flow: Technicians test the air flow of air conditioning systems to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively, and make adjustments as necessary.
