الوصف الوظيفي · Provide on-site breakdown support to client on urgent basis and troubleshoot · Provide technical support and configuration services after project implementation and in a post-sale capacity. · Post implementation Training to clients, On-site/Remote trouble shooting, software upgrading · Material inspection and troubleshooting of defective material, damaged material from team and customers. · Handle material classified for RMA (defective time) with suppliers · Maintain spare parts availability and requirement. · Accident claim support with relevant authorities. · Regular maintenance activities on site · Work closely with pre-sales team for material approval, demonstration Mock-up and samples with client. المهارات Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronic & Communication Engineering or IT Excellent trouble shooting and reporting skills. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/after-sales-support-engineer-4683035/ |
