Ensures that the entire station implements services at or above customers’ standards.
Sets up the baggage systems in the station to ensure smooth functioning
Operates the railway announcement systems in the MMMP station to make announcements over the public address systems or communicate with higher authority.
Executes the evacuation protocol in case of any emergencies at the stations to ensure the safety of passengers and station personnel
Conducts periodic reviews of the revenue reports from ticketing sales and documents and presents the same to senior management.
Establishes a cash collection system in place to ensure all cash collected is properly stored.
Serves as the person to contact in case of any customer complaints/ queries to address and resolve the same in a timely manner.
Ensures that all business lounges and operation booths are open and closed in the right manner and at the right time.
Ensures all protocols are followed in the on-boarding and off-boarding of passengers on the trains.
Liaises with crowd control management to manage crowd control at the station to avoid any incidents at the station and ensure smooth onboarding and off-boarding.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Planning, or any other relevant field
Experience:
0-1 Year related experience
