The Position is in riyadh with accomadation Lead the Pastry Team: The CDP Pastry is responsible for leading and supervising the pastry team, ensuring that they work effectively, efficiently, and collaboratively. Menu Planning and Creation: The CDP Pastry collaborates with the Executive Chef to create and design pastry dishes for the restaurant menu. They are also responsible for creating new pastry dishes, taking into account customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and food trends. Food Preparation: The CDP Pastry oversees the preparation, cooking, and presentation of pastry dishes, ensuring that they are of high quality, and consistent with the restaurant’s standards. They must also ensure that all food safety regulations are followed. Inventory Management: The CDP Pastry is responsible for managing inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Staff Management: The CDP Pastry is responsible for managing and mentoring junior pastry chefs, ensuring that they are trained, supervised, and evaluated effectively. Quality Control: The CDP Pastry is responsible for ensuring that all pastry dishes meet the restaurant’s quality standards, including taste, texture, and presentation.
