الوصف الوظيفي Duties & Responsibilities 1. Reviewing, recommending and approving project(s) design brief and requirements. 2. Preparing feasibility and cost estimates for project(s) execution. 3. Evaluating, supervising and monitoring all technical aspects related to the project(s) preparation and execution. 4. Assigning and defining responsibilities and duties of each team member in the project. 5. Liaison with all respective departments, subcontractors and suppliers for project(s) execution. 6. Supervising and monitoring project(s) work progress from start to finish. 7. Setting, implementing and monitoring of project execution methodology. 8. Projecting and implementing project(s) schedules, deadlines & CPM. 9. Assigning, implementing & monitoring project(s) control systems. 10. Executing projects within defined budget allocated funds and time frame. Tasks 1. Evaluating performance plan and monitoring progress of project(s) status. 2. Following up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials. 3. Maintaining, interacting and coordinating with major suppliers for project(s) execution. 4. Managing preparation work for project(s) execution. 5. Ensuring full compliance of all project team with health and safety guidelines. 6. Monitoring manpower levels required and making adjustments when required. 7. Advising senior management of work progress and providing required reports 8. Monitoring quality of supplies and products used in project execution. 9. Delivering the project on time, as per contract specification and conditions. 10. Handing over the project to client once completed. المهارات 1. A B.S in Civil and/or Construction Engineering. PE, PMP Certificate and/or MBA are a plus. 2. 10–12 years experience in construction, infrastructure and project management with 5 years in project management level. 3. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 4. Skilled in managing and motivating teams with multi-culture individuals. 5. Aggressive in meeting deadlines. 6. Analytic, focused and details oriented. 7. Highly organized and can manage multi-tasks. 8.
