Liaise with the stewarding manager in order to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in all areas of the kitchen, such as machinery, small kitchen equipment, floors and fridges.
Maintaining hygiene practices in every section of the kitchen premises, according to the instructions of the senior officials.
Follow directions given by the Stewarding Manager to ensure that the food quality standards are maintained.
Enhancing bonding within the culinary team and boosting respect, credibility, and association within the firm.

Flexibility to work different shifts and during weekends.
Proficient in adapting to multiple organizational settings as per the requirements.
Prior experience of work in multiple kitchen settings and preparing quality food items.
Passion for delivering the best service to customers even during weekends in the case of staff shortage.
