Roles & Responsibilities

· Driving force behind regional drink trends

· Engage with industry leading beverage operators across MENA region

· Train internal and external partners on insight driven Menu concepts

Conduct Menu ideation sessions for FS operators to generate and close business leads.
Work closely with the Key Accounts, marketing and R&D;teams on product development and launches
Train distributor Sales and Barista/Mixologist teams on JCDC portfolio and Menu applications
Drive brand awareness by using social media and other legitimate marketing platforms.
Participate in marketing events and campaigns for activation and promotions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Generate new Leads and Wins with KA’s

· Success rate of Campaigns and Saloons for FS operators

· Training & Development for internal and external partners

· NPD success rates

· Service level & customer satisfaction

· Social Media Presence to promote JCDC

Work Experience

· Advanced barista and mixology experience a must

· Understanding of FS operations across segments
