We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Chef who will be responsible for setting up our new restaurant and/or cloud kitchen for one of our clients in Riyadh, KSA. The role will work closely with the operations team to ensure that the kitchen is designed and set up efficiently and effectively and will develop and implement menus, recipes, and food-related processes that align with our company’s vision and values.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in culinary management, including experience setting up a new restaurant and/or cloud kitchen
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles, and a passion for creating high-quality, delicious food
Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Experience managing food costs and inventory levels, and a solid understanding of financial statements and budgeting
Familiarity with food safety regulations and health codes, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, vendors, and team members
Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a related field (preferred)
