We are looking to have a senior Pre Sales Engineer for a leading IT&S;security company .In this project ,there will be scoped to cover IT & Security project which will be include Video Analytics, Surveillance, Connectivity, and integration ,data center technology and IT network infrastructure.
Senior Pre Sales Engineer-Responsibilities:
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
Own and positively develop the relationships with key technical decision makers and influencers within the target customers.
Provides coaching and professional development to team- member sales associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
Research and develop appropriate working solution and value proposition, engaging with the respective solution principal and services partner to address customer requirement.
Scope and clearly translate defined requirements, proposed solutions, and value proposition into proposals/Statement of Work (SOW).
Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
Present and articulate our value proposition to customers at all levels within the organization both technical and business audience (including C-levels)
Proactively engage customer both new and existing, to provide update on the latest security trend, changes in the threat landscape, and new product and services offering
Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the solutions and services offered by overall.
Experienced in preparing technical architecture blueprint and responding to large scale complex RFP
To provide ultimate design authority for multi-discipline solutions.
Working with post sales to feedback and improve handover and successful delivery of solutions.
Participate in response assignment and consolidate the design responses to ensure that the solution demonstrates that we have considered interoperability and dependencies.
Strong knowledge of Products.

Maintains deal through-put in early deal-sales process steps.
Achieves product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, sales team, or account base.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

Valued but not must skills or experience:
Physical Security Industry technical and product knowledge
In-depth technical knowledge of IT, especially network, storage, and Windows platform.
Industry Certification(s) such as Microsoft MCSE, CompTIA Network +/Security +/Server +/ or Cisco CCNA ,CCNP ,HPE Aruba Networks ,Huawei IT Infrastructure, Fortinet ,Sophos, SonicWALL ,Palo Alto
Work in Information Technology (IT) industry
Basic knowledge of 2D/3D design applications ( AutoCad, Visio Microsoft Project)
Senior Pre Sales Engineer-Requirements:
Four-year college degree in relevant field
Minimum six years of sales or sales engineering experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment.
Experience with enterprise software applications and/or infrastructure
A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable sales role.
Product certification, engineering credential, or equivalent technical credential
Strong presentation skills
Ability to understand complex technical problems and explain solutions in simple terms.
