الوصف الوظيفي 02. Provide the focal point between PMO and operations to monitor and control manpower issues and concerns. 03. Provide a capacity planning and resource tracking service across a portfolio or program (s). 04. Capture the resource requirements of the portfolio, program, or project and the PMO itself. 05. Forecast future resource needs, based on portfolio/program/project plans, close liaison with the relevant managers, and (where appropriate) wider business plans and business unit objectives (demand management). 06. In consultation with human resources and others, decide on the best source for the required resources, depending on the long-term requirement for a particular skill and its likely availability. 07. Plan and initiate the acquisition of the necessary staff, in terms of both skill content and quantity, ensuring they are in place at the time needed. 08. Actively monitor the deployment of staff, arranging new postings (where possible) in advance of assignments ending, to meet staff development needs and maintain a good match of skill to role—both for delivery and P3O staff. 09. Work with human resources (HR) and line management to facilitate succession planning, As needed, include knowledge management and leavers’ processes. 10. Maintain a database of resources, including people and their skills/attributes, location, availability, contact details, and lead responsibility for the resource. 11. Take an active role in the training and development of portfolio, program, or project staff to increase the available skills, capabilities, and capacity within the business. 12. Where a flexible PPM resource pool is in place, manage resource planning, data collection, and PPM skill development. 13.
