الوصف الوظيفي Our Client: One of the largest payment Fintechs in MENA, is looking for a Country Manager to lead the Saudi Arabian team. Your Role: Drive the growth and manage every aspect of the organizations expanding operations in KSA, with a key focus on commercial functions. Maintain and develop a network of strategic partners to ensure the best market penetration. Strengthen product development and launch new products and services for the KSA market. المهارات 10+ years’ experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or technology companies. A deep understanding of the Saudi market should have an extensive network/connection in the country. Excellent people management, organizational, and negotiation skills. English and Arabic speakers. Managing Expectations: At Mindfield we are driven by mutually agreed KPIs and service levels. Exceptional results can only be delivered when we understand both our key stakeholders’ clients and candidates.
