On behalf of the fastest growing retail company in the Middle East, our client is hiring an Omni Sales Manager based in Saudi or Kuwait.
Reporting to the CEO, you will enhance the digitalization of the customer journey by managing customer relationships and the sales process of an online business in order to achieve revenue targets within adopted policies and procedures.
Analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and creating sales plans to maximize revenue.
Responsible for the look and feel of the home page.
Analyze the customer behavior of putting the products in the basket and thus understanding the demand for the product and ensuring the product meets the targets.
Monitoring website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to optimize the sales process.
Responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services offered by the company.
Maintaining positive relationships with customers by responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and manage returns and refunds.
المهارات
A Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent is required
8 to 10 years of experience in the E-commerce sales function, with at least 4 years of experience in a Managerial position.
Bilingual Arabic- English applicants preferred.
