Overall in charge of the HR and Admin Department
Streamlining in-house budget, resource allocation, and expenditure to amplify the overall functionality.
Collecting relevant data of team members for managerial and financial operations.
Contribute to the advancement of the company by managing efficient recruitment drives.
Conduct brainstorming sessions with individuals or groups to decide the type of development sessions.
Manage all staff review processes, including KPI and Performance Management.
Will handle facets of HR and Admin
Transact/ Liaise with Government entities for PRO transactions
