الوصف الوظيفي • Monitor all production activities and ensure they are carried out in a timely manner to meet up with delivery deadlines • Manage and maintain all production equipment and machinery to ensure smooth production processing • Maintain accurate inventory of tools, machinery and other related equipment • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs escalating issues to prevent production shutdown • Recommend improvements on production processes to optimise efficiency • Use information provided by the Production planner to forecast demand in the future and prepare accordingly • Comply with all Corporate Health and safety guidelines in all production activities • Keep abreast with technological developments and make recommendations for improvements on production processes as observed • Support the Feed factory manager as required • To be updated regarding the Food Safety requirements • To observe and monitor the personal hygiene standards of individuals involved in the industry • Preventing any excesses that may expose the product to contamination • To protect the product and individuals from various contaminants • To be aware of the chemical / biological/physical potential hazards during المهارات · Leadership / people management skills · Decision making · Results orientation · Problem solving · Teamwork · Analytical skills · Influencing and negotiating skills · Excellent communication skills written and verbal in English and Arabic Strong PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office .
