Facilitates implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives.
Coordinates and leads the implementation of new HR initiatives, including training, development, recruiting, and other related programs.
Utilize various sources to gather and compile HR data such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records, among others.
Identifies achievable short- and long-term goals and benchmarks for key performance metrics through rigorous data analysis and presents proposals to executive leadership.
