Project Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
The candidate is required urgently to be available to join within one month.

· Full responsibility of managing the Project, Technically & Administratively in coordination with the Project management.

· Directly supervises the Project’s senior personnel.

· Maintains and co-ordinates Project activities with the client’s representatives.

· Co-ordinate all activities between Project and other Operation & Maintenance Projects and Departments.

· Checks & approves Project materials, supply requisitions and statements.

· Responsible to maintain, implement, and monitor the approved budget. Recommends operating budget.

· Ensures Preventive Maintenance program is carried out and recorded for future use.

· Ensures discipline, safety and good conduct among all staff.

· Assists in proper planning of client’s visits.

· Initiates regular reports about the actual status of the project.

· Keeps high professional environment.

· Avoids the redundancy of manpower and selects the right man in the right place and improves employee’s productivity, efficiency and morale.

· Ensures terms and conditions of Projects contract are implemented.

· Saves money & minimize unnecessary expenses or wastage.

· Evaluates the performance of staff and feeds back results to General Manager.

· Secures payment certificates when required.

· Understands and complies with all published policies & procedures and ensures compliance of subordinates with such policies and procedures.

· Participates in the development of training programs and follows up their implementation.

· Provides timely and efficient response to customer complaints.

· Provides client’s status reports when requested in coordination with Area and Operations Manager.

· Advises Area Manager of situations which may adversely affect customer relations.

· Full presence in the project.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

المهارات
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering.

· Minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 3 years as Project Manager preferably in Facility Management.

· Excellent decision maker and strong leadership skill.

· FMP and PMP Certification is a plus.
