Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems in construction projects
Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules for MEP systems, ensuring that all work is completed within budgetary constraints and on time
Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure that all MEP systems are installed efficiently and effectively
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure that all MEP systems meet project requirements
Ensure that all MEP systems are designed and installed in compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all MEP systems are installed to the highest standards of quality
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure that all MEP installation operations are conducted safely
Identify and manage risks to MEP systems and the project, and develop contingency plans as needed
Provide regular updates to senior management on MEP system progress and performance
المهارات
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
10+ years of experience in MEP design and construction management, with a proven track record of successful project management and delivery
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their installation processes, regulations, and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Ability to manage project budgets, develop schedules, and allocate resources effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks to MEP systems and the project
Experience in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures to ensure that all MEP installation operations are conducted safely
Ability to conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all MEP systems are installed to the highest standards of quality
