الوصف الوظيفي • Work with the leadership team and Operations Readiness Director for O&M;and TSM respectively to ensure all contractual requirements are understood and met by FLOW team members. • Ensure all key employees and relevant personnel understand their responsibilities under the various schedules. • Monitor contractual requirement milestones and ensure the delivery program is up to date. • Identify any exposure or liability due to changes in program. • Work closely with the client to ensure all contractual issues are fully documented and issued. • Ensure all variation activity is managed throughout the concession agreement term. • Draft third-party vendor and sub-consultant contracts. • Liaise closely with the Procurement teams in O&M;and TSM to review and develop favourable contract agreements. • Liaise closely with the Procurement teams regarding out of scope work and recovery from the client, providing advice on what schedule to claim for. • Drafting claim and variation orders. • Work with the mangers to develop their commercial understanding and abilities including hosting workshops and education sessions. • Ensure all Riyadh Metro governance is followed, and all paperwork and approval hierarchy are adhered to المهارات • QS professional qualification, e.g. RICS or equivalent. • Sound commercial judgement. • Excellent report writing skills. • Pragmatic approach. • Good judgement. • Ability to analyse situations promptly and without bias so as to determine the relevant course of action. • Strong client management skills. • Strong communication skills in all forms including written and presentation skills.
