Our client: An FMCG company in the Kingdom.
Your Role: The objective is to manage the execution, strategic growth and project planning of various e-commerce and home delivery channels in the region. Lead in adding new categories/product development and item set-up process to ensure proper system and execution of the daily operations of the channels. You will work with the key functions to ensure optimal experience delivery. Monitor the ongoing performance versus target and execute ongoing corrective action to achieve the sales plan. Develop with the third-party agency on the ongoing calendar of branded content for social media awareness and engagement. Manage the budget for the daily media spend on digital platforms.

Must Haves: The successful candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related fields. At least 8-10 years of experience in a reputed FMCG company with strong digital marketing and/or E-commerce background. Result-driven with a high level of accountability for all the deliverables/projects. Proven skills in idea leadership and a creative approach toward work. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
