Planning and following up on the implementation of the sales activity, and participating in setting objectives, and identifying sales policies for the company’s products and services.
Provide recommendations for developing the company products and services, and suggest any new products or services.
Participate in preparing the policies of the prices, distribution, advertising, promotion and communication with targeted markets.
Organizing sales activities, and assigning tasks to each employee in sales department, and identifying sales areas by identifying the largest number of customers, and dividing the market into sectors.
Supervise the implementation of the strategic plan of sales policies.
Evaluate the sales specialist performance and improve their skills and supervise their work and guiding them properly.
Maintaining the collective effort in sales department by supporting the cooperation among all employees to achieve the specific objectives of the business.
Maintaining sales activity reports, and evaluating results and taking appropriate corrective actions.
Prepare agreements, pricing policies, discounts, cash and term collections.
Increase market share by increasing the volume and growth of the company’s sales.
Continues search for new customers, and communicate with them and maintain bonded relationships with them.
Participate in negotiations with clients and contracting partners.
Prepare detailed reports on achievements and obstacles facing the department and proposed solutions.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
Practical experience
At least 8 years of which at least 2 years in a similar position
Languages
Arabic and English
Functional competencies
Work associated with specific goals.
Patience and ability to manage stress.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Negotiation skills.
Problem Solving Skills.
