Job title : Customer service (call center agent)
Job location: Remote, working from Home ( Must be inside KSA)
Rotational shifts ( Total 9 hours - 8 hours and 1 hour Break)
9:00 am – 6:00 pm and 3:00pm – 12:00 am (1 hour lunch break included)
Shift rotate twice a month.
Days off change every 6 weeks and rotational and are consecutive
Weekends : 2 days off ( Rotational)
Joining Date : ASAP

Remote Job for Customer support/ call center
Responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our services.
The Call center associate will handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
