الوصف الوظيفي Job role : PMO senior specialist Location: Saudi Arabia Duration: 3 months (with possible extension) Minimum Responsibilities: • Ensures that the department is on track to meet its goals. • Manages the daily financial activities of the department, which includes budget preparation and control, accounting, purchasing, and business planning and management; ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. • Manages the procurement cycle, including coordinating and developing purchase requests. • Ensures timely processing of awarding, billings, and payments. • Tracks the progress of all projects within the department. • Prepares reports and presentations for management. • Evaluates contracts for the purchase of services in coordination-related departments. • Defines & standardizes/develops/deploy enterprise IT policies and controls, processes, performance tracking and dashboards, technology and tools. • Ensures organizations’ compliance and its controls’ effectiveness to corporate requirements through proper communication, regular practice check, and continuous improvements of policies/process in place. • Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation of the department. • Participates in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in the accomplishment of established goals. • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Oversees the activities of other workers. • Supports in hiring, training, and onboarding new employees. • Ensures adherence to policies and guidelines. المهارات • Bachelor of Sciences/Computer Sciences or equivalent • PMP certification • At least 4+ years of experience as a PMO senior specialist or relevant role. • Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment • Outstanding performance management, project management, and supervision skills. • Outstanding communication skills. • Knowledge of contracting process Ability to develop reports and presentations. • Skill in the use of PowerPoint and Excel. • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. • Knowledge of management principles and practices. • Comprehensive financial knowledge. • Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources. • Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and practices.
