Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on personal computers, laptops, and other computing devices.
Installing, configuring, and upgrading operating systems, software applications, and device drivers.
Providing technical support to end-users, including remote troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
Performing hardware and software maintenance tasks, such as virus removal, data backup, and system optimization.
Installing and maintaining computer peripherals, such as printers, scanners, and external storage devices.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends, developments, and best practices in personal computer hardware and software.
Collaborating with other IT professionals, such as network engineers and system administrators, to ensure seamless IT operations across the organization.
Managing inventory of computer hardware and software, including procurement and disposal of equipment.
