Supervising the production line operations, from receiving live chicken to loading the final product, and following up on securing what is necessary for business continuity
Work on developing productive capacities
Managing the quality and production team and ensuring the application of quality and safety standards
Ensuring the safety of workers and the safety of the workplace.
Following up the provision of work requirements of raw materials, coordinating with the maintenance manager, and ensuring work continuity.
Coordination with the sales department to find out the needs of the market and develop a production plan to meet these needs.
Supervising the warehouse department in the slaughterhouse.
Planning the needs of manpower in the slaughterhouse
Any work assigned by the administration and its direct manager
المهارات
Requirements:
Experience in slaughterhouse production and management, 5 years or more, as a poultry slaughterhouse production manager.
Experience in the meat industry, with at least 5 years of experience as a production manager or a meat processing plant.
Bachelor’s degree in food processing engineering - or animal production
English language - spoken and written
Holds certificates in food safety and quality
