Job role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Regional Channel Sales Manager for our Global Enterprise Business Unit (GEBU). The position requires a customer and partner centric thought process as well as advanced sales skills. The primary role of the Regional Channel Sales Manager is to prospect for new partners by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential partners.
The role includes planning persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential partners to do business with the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supporting the Direct Manager in identifying and setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process of partners in the MENA region.
Implementing channel marketing plans set out by the direct manager and marketing team.
Working closely with sales, presales and technical teams within the channel partner to train and elevate level of partnerships.
Regularly meeting with counterparts within partner organization.
Monthly reporting on sales KPI’s within channel partners.
Working to sales and revenue targets as set by the Direct Manager.
Giving feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions.
Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Working on cross selling opportunities for the client.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to partners.
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.

Experience, Skill & qualification required:
Require a bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of sales experience in MENA region.
Experience in driving channel sales with a strong personal network within the Telecommunications and ICT industry.
Thorough knowledge of the market i.e., the solutions/services the company and of the company’s competitors.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and clients.
Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
Experience with negotiating contracts/pricing
Fluency in English & Arabic
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. An MBA degree is preferable.
Driving license and car availability
