الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities 1- Build and nurture client relationships in order to continue winning new contracts. 2- Attend networking events and build industry connections in order to facilitate business growth. 3- Carry out a frequent visit to the potential clients and customers and to update their files with the latest company profile, literature, standards and specifications. 4- Provide all necessary information and document to interested clients. 5- Qualify the company with the customers / facilities managers and procurement heads. 6- Setup the company sales strategy in-light of the company targeted KPIs and in coordination with management. 7- Plan, direct, and supervise sales activities. 8- Follow up the Enquiry and the quoting process. 9- Follow up the offers been submitted with the concerned parties. 10- Gather information about our competitor prices, strategies, projects...etc. 11- Follow up collection activities. 12- When the job is secured, follow up the letter of intent and the draft subcontract agreement, review, comment, amend in line with the company policy and the directive of the company management. 13- Upon the finalization of the subcontract agreement and or the receipt of the letter of intent, the sales manager to collect the tender document (specification, B.O.Q. and contract drawings). 14- Approve the job advise complete with the contract document and relevant estimation records to installation Dept., and Operations Dept. 15- Perform all his assigned responsibilities per the company’s ISO 9001-2015 Quality System . 16- Oversee branding and marketing endeavors to ensure all efforts are aligned with business goals. 17- Negotiate new projects and contract terms with new clients. المهارات • 5+ years prior experience in business development or marketing fields. • A proven history of successful leadership. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Must be a strategic thinker and a have strong negotiation skills. • Possess a collaborative mindset and work well as part of a team. • Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. • Up to date on industry trends, as well as laws and regulations. • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts. • Fluent English. • Preferred Saudi Nationals.
