Manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches and wireless systems
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any network problems that arise
Keep employee wise record of all IT related assets, and update the records periodically
Purchase of IT equipment and assets for the company
Ensure that IT assets are properly maintained and updated, including desktop computers, laptops, servers and printers
Ensure that all IT systems and processes are compliant with relevant safety standards and best practices
Implement security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access to company data and systems
Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems and processes to identify risks and vulnerabilities
Collaborate with other IT and technical staff to develop and implement contingency plans for IT-related emergencies
Provide technical support and guidance to staff for IT-related issues and problems
Develop and maintain technical knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in the field of information technology
المهارات
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT role
• Knowledge of networking technologies, including LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches and wireless systems
• Experience with IT asset management, safety compliance, and security policies and procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical guidance and support to non-technical staff
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously
• Must have a valid iqama and driving license
