Sales Coordinator - Smart Parking Solutions
Job Description:
Work with a pleasant outlook and use appropriate communication channels to connect with existing clients.
Assist in finding relevant clients and customers by collaborating with the company’s many teammates.
Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.
Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Helping the team with the required administration and support by assisting on daily related sales activities, handling paperwork, proposals and quotations, tenders, bids, and ad hoc duties to ensure efficient sales support is provided for optimum sales results.
Structurally store and sort financial and non-financial data electronic and non-electronic forms and present reports
Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records and prepare reports
Convey any received external inquiries and information effectively to the team.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling events.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related material and tools.
Handle the processing of all orders and tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Ensure adherence to laws and policies

Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.

Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Depicting remarkable command to convert leads into customers through passionate discussions and debates.
