As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients across Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be required to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via in-person visits.Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to our products and services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.Manage and maintain customer equipment and systems.Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of our products and services.Conduct regular site visits to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support.Document and report all customer interactions and issues in a timely and accurate manner.
