We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) substation projects and will be able to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the SEC substation project from start to finish
Ensure that all project goals and objectives are met within the established timelines and budget
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
Monitor project progress and performance, and make necessary adjustments to meet changing requirements
Ensure that all project deliverables are of the highest quality and comply with all applicable standards and regulations
Identify and manage project risks and take appropriate measures to mitigate them
Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of experience working on SEC substation projects
Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Familiarity with SEC substation standards and regulations
Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
