Marketing Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
· Search and find schools contacts, and addresses, and make them ready in a list for visit purpose.

· Visit schools on daily basis and introduce the programs & School offers.

· Submit weekly contact and visit report to marketing manager.

· Coordinate with school principles to hand over the certificates related to the monthly program.

· Coordinate with school principles to set the date & time for handing over the quarterly certificate through Chucke character.

· Attend all awarded events together with the Chucke character.

· Arrange all tools needed for each event (Tokens, Certificate..etc)

· Study and understand the brand menu and services.

· Offer the menu brand, which include the schools visit to shops program and the birthdays and parties.

· Selling the school offers (student trips) and arrange the trip date and time with each store manager.

· Arrange with store managers for any booked visits and group parties event.

· Summarize club card data from the stores report.

· Call club card guests once needed in order to improve the club card system.

.Strategic thinking and planning: Marketing Managers must be able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
Communication: They need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate marketing plans, strategies, and results to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Market research: They should have expertise in conducting market research to gather valuable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
Brand management: They must be able to manage and enhance the organization’s brand through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
